Dutch oven bread (or stew pot to us Yorksha men)
1 tsp activated yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 ½ cup of filtered water (108 F° 40c)
Add 3 cups of flour
Mix till most of the powder is gone
Cover with cloth for 1 - 2 hours
Next, fold in all sides
Proof for 1 hour
Preheat Dutch oven at 450°F (gas mark 8)
Bake for 35 minutes with lid on
Then remove the lid and bake for an extra 5 to 10 minutes.

1x teaspoon yeast
2x teaspoons sugar
1x teaspoon salt
1.5 cups warm water (35c)
3x cups flour
Add yeast, sugar, salt and water. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Let the yeast grow.
Add the flour, stir lightly. Leave to prove for one hour and a warm area.
Stir the mixture once again.
Leave for another hour to prove, warm your oven.
Put the dough into a baking parchment into the dutch oven (stew pot), bake on gas mark 8 for 30-35 minutes.

• Bread flour: 2 ½ cups (320 g)
• Salt: 1 tsp. (6 g)
