This is more or less the same set as above, but it has a few clashing genres removed. I'm also going to use this as a dedicated set to practice with.
One of the things you'll learn as a DJ is to make 30 minute or 60 minute long sets. These mean you'll practice with these songs only, use various mixing techniques, and you'll really listen to these tracks to create the most amazing and seamless mix possible. These should showcase your knowledge of music.
More than anything, it's about learning what technique is best applied, where and when, and what songs fit together.
I'd go as far as saying this could be my best mix yet.
